New A/W 2008 Designer Belt
Collection 3 August
Riding
high on this winter’s quest for subtle glamour –
Rodéo
introduce their winter
collection of Limited Edition Designer belts in metallic grey, dark
chocolate, pewter, plum and new shades of black for winter 2008.
Rodéo Belts are the latest ‘must have’ brand
of belts that bring a new meaning to the word ‘jewelled’. Stunning quality
of finish with exquisite Swarovski and Czech Rhinestones, your waist has
never felt so good.
Add a western accent to
your look with these beautifully crafted belts. A chic waist cincher for
autumn, they ooze style and quality,
made out of soft grained leather and subtle Swarovski crystals.
Use to cinch your favorite pieces to bring a new
dimension to the silhouette. Rein in this season's looser shapes with
just a hint of dazzle that will get you noticed – casual, elegant and
understated.

The
luxurious and sophisticated Snakeskin pattern belt with a hint of gun metal
in the base leather colour is right on trend for this season’s metallic
look. Reflective hues of silver and grey this belt is very adaptable and the
epitome of elegance to go with sleek masculine tailoring.
Each
piece is unique and will work as a great accessory to jazz up a simple
outfit. Wear to add a tougher edge to more floaty dresses or to liven up one
of the season's more austere black and white ensembles,
an investment buy you'll wear time and time again.
All the belts
are supplied with a chamois pouch and luxury gift box, perfect pre-Christmas
present.

The
end of summer is approaching fast but for the girls at Tica London it means a
whole new high summer collection of delicious bikinis delivered directly from
the gorgeous beaches of South America. A real bikini paradise, inspired by the
beaches, colours and carnivals of Central and South America – Tica London is an
all year-round outlet for stylish beachwear and accessories.
Hot on the newest trends, the latest collection is complete with bold stripes
for a directional spin on the nautical trend, girly polka dots, and retro
inspired prints, filled with dainty details such as touches of gold embellished
chains, straps and flirty charms. Shapes for the season include tie-side bottoms
with gold hoops, halter necks and cute bandeaus.
This season sees zingy greens join last summer’s corals and lemons. Fantastic on
dark skin tones – so if you are a bit pasty keep them in your suitcase until the
second week of your holiday. Rich brown shades are a bikini choice which will
suit all skin tones and is a key vacation look.
Animal prints will be out on the prowl on the beaches this summer and they’ll be
joined by a menagerie of prints of animals: tigers, birds and fishes… We
particularly love Salinas’ Tiny heart shape print which produce what seems like
an animal print from a distance.
There’s even online advice on how to get the perfect bikini for you shape. So
whether you're planning a trip to St. Tropez by yacht or partying in Ibiza Tica
London will inspire everyone to look and feel fabulous on their holiday, whether
it's in one of their gorgeous designer bikinis, kaftans or any other products.
Price for:
- Salinas Acqua bikini £55
- Sofia red solid bikini £80.00
- Sofia Judy bikini £115.00

Autumn/Winter heralds the
start of strong season ahead at
House of Fraser.
With the help of model Yasmin Le Bon, the season is dedicated to those with
true fashion credentials. The very best of contemporary French chic unfolds
with collections from Linea, Untold and Episode as well as exciting new
arrivals Sonia by Sonia Rykiel, Cacharel and See by Chloe to name a few.
With strong silhouettes, fabulous new colour combinations and off beat
fabric mixes, as well as the most directional accessories, why look anywhere
else? The simplicity of a perfect dress is always right. 1930’s Bohemian
artists groups and tea dressing inspire a modern take on the season. The
rose print and painterly florals of the Untold collection is a key styling
signature and updates the essential shift dress with elegance. Inspirational
colour blocking by Cacharel in cobalt blue and black gives a retro shape to
a look that is also bang up-to-date. The frills and ruffles of the classic
black dress add a feminine edge that works from day into evening ensuring an
effortless transformation.
Inspired by the transient beauty of a storm against a diffused cool
landscape, 'Elemental' is a key trend. There is a distinct return to nature
through the use of natural fabrications and traditional versus technical
finishes. Episode and Linea display a cool colour palette of grey and taupe
with brushed woollen dresses, rustic suiting and traditional cables knits
and Aarans. The collarless coat becomes the season’s essential item. Tweed
suits with masses of pearls epitomise Parisian left bank style while the
return of the sweater dress marks the start of a relaxed attitude to
dressing.
With structured styling and sculptured looks, and a nod to the 1980’s, a pop
of colour revitalises existing wardrobes looking best on a bold coat or
blazer, vivid fuchsia, deep purple and peacock blues are key brights for the
season ahead. The one shouldered dress continues from summer into autumn.
Richer jewel tones, garnet and ruby look gorgeous in satin for the ultimate
in evening/night time glamour.
Accessories at House of Fraser complement three main trends for
Autumn/Winter. Elemental, which echoes the moody meteorological themed
clothing trend, Bloomsbury , which pays homage to an eccentric mix of hybrid
styling and Vamp, a neo gothic take on all things dark with a technical
twist.
With the bag taking centre stage, this season sees a plethora of fabulous
shapes and finishes to choose from. Invigorate the look with patent and
techno finishes from Victor & Rolf or splurge on this season’s must haves
from Anya Hindmarch or Yves Saint Laurent. We love the red lipped clutch by
Lulu Guinness for those who dare! Add a bohemian air with slouchy bag
shapes, hand knit scarves and berets or vintage inspired square silks by
Fendi.
Jewellery is a key classification for the season ahead and adds veritable
wow factor to any outfit. Watch out for vintage inspired paste and
rhinestone to handy-craft looks. With delightfully delicate gems from Anton
Heunis and Bebe, to neo gothic statements from Citrine by the stones, with
an enviable range of first class brands you couldn't wish for more!
